By using the NoveltyKingdom App, website, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older, and businesses with valid legal status. By using our Services, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Orders & Payment
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (shipping address, payment details).
• Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of materials.
4. Delivery & Returns
• Standard delivery takes 7-21 business days (U.S. & Canada). Delivery times may vary based on location.
• We offer returns or replacements for defective cards within 28 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Customized cards (with personal text, photos, or unique designs) are non-refundable unless defective, as they are made to your specific requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
• All card designs, App content, logos, and trademarks are the property of NoveltyKingdom. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without written permission.
• You retain ownership of your personal photos and text used in customizations. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
NoveltyKingdom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services (including but not limited to delays in delivery, minor design discrepancies not affecting usability). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by deleting the App and discontinuing order placement.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Site and App with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are made means you accept the revised Terms.
